AAUW-OML Board of Directors

The elected officers of AAUW-OML are President, President-elect, Secretary, and Vice Presidents for Program, Membership, Finance, AAUW Funds-Education and AAUW Funds-Legal Advocacy. We also have officers of Administration and Communications. No elected officer is eligible to serve more than two consecutive terms in the same office.

Appointed officers include chairs of the following standing committees: Public Policy, Public Information, Newsletter Editor, Educational Equity, Sister-to-Sister, Tech Trek, International Affairs, Scholarships/Awards, and Community Projects. The Parliamentarian/Bylaws/Policy Chair and the Webmaster are also appointed officers.

Officers serve for a term of one year or until their successors have been elected or appointed and assume office. The term of each officer begins on July 1.

Board Meetings

The full board meets from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at 3338 Mt. Diablo Boulevard, Lafayette. Meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of the month. Branch members are welcome to attend. Check our newsletter, the Triad, for dates and times. Please notify the President if you plan to attend.
