On Friday, February 19, we will we will meet at Macalou’s in Moraga at 10:45 am, with a stop outside the Orinda Bookstore as necessary around 11:00 am, to carpool into Berkeley. We will have an elegant buffet lunch at the historic Faculty Club, then move next door to the concert facilities in Hertz Hall at 12:15 to hear student chamber ensembles play Shostakovich, Piano trio No.2 in E Minor Op.67 and Borodin, String Quartet No.2 in D Major.
